My recent spine MRI confirmed the spot in the cauda equina (high risk for cancer to seed into the central nervous system and causing leptomeningeal metastasis) is stable.

However, the MRI picked up some new lesion enlargement in the liver suspicious of cancer progression. The change was not obvious in the abdominal CT I just had at the end of March. I’m going to have a PET this Friday to hopefully confirm what’s going on. I’m hoping this is a false alarm. If not, oh well, I guess God has His plan and His grace is sufficient for me. 🙂 Please pray for clear and accurate PET test results and wisdom for doctor to figure out whether treatment regimen needs to be changed. Update 2018-04-26: Just got news that insurance refused to cover the PET, so I will have to reschedule for a liver MRI first to see. Will keep you all posted. Thank you so much!
